When I attended the Blissdom conference back in January I learned of an awesome new product called Veripur  that now happens to be one of my favorites. Did you know that 80% of infections are spread by touching germ-ridden surfaces? Ick!!!

Veripur  is a hand sanitizer that lasts longer than all the other leading sanitizers! It kills an amazing 99.9% of germs and what really got me was that it provides 4 hour continuous germ protection. It also has moisturizers in it, so it does not dry out your hands like many other sanitizers do. Veripur provided us with samples at the conference and it has been a constant companion in my purse ever since!

  3. We try to stay healthy by going to the gym and at least running or walking 3 miles a day..we also watch what we eat and stay clean by washing our hands once we leave the gym..

  15. I love using hand sanitizer to keep my family healthy. I have small children, so it’s way easier than having them constantly wash their hands. Also, we use disinfectant wipes.

  19. We keep our hands clean, we carry yummy smelling santizers with us in public for after we have been playing at the park and touching shopping carts. We try to eat well balanced diets with lots of fruits and veggies and we like to be outdoors active and getting fresh air.

  25. We use antibacterial hand wipes after shopping or being out. But after trying veripur sanitzer moisturizer, we like that much better. It doesn’t make my daughter’s hands so dried out!

  27. I make sure to wash my hands immediately after blowing my nose, sneezing, or coughing into my arm. We leave a grocery bag hanging by everyone’s beds for used tissues when someone actually does get sick, and the “owner” of that bag has the job of tossing it out himself or herself so no one else gets sick.

  58. I try to teach my family to cover their mouths when they sneeze or cough and to not touch their nose or their mouths after touching anything in a public place.

  59. My favorite way to stay healthy in the winter is hand washing. I’m obsessed! With all the great smelling hand soap out there, it’s like a 20-second trip to the spa each time I wash. 🙂

  63. We do a lot of outings to the pool and love to ride bikes and hike together to keep in shape. I also prepare meals and freeze them so we always have healthy options.

  69. I use Lysol wipes daily around the house. I always wipe down the places that alot of people would not think about: the remote controls, door knobs, shower/sink/flush handles. Everyone in the family takes a daily vitamin.

  71. to try to stay healthy we wash, and wash and wash our hands , we use sanitizer and Clorox or Lysol wipes , and my favorite is white vinegar diluted in water!

  76. To stay healthy we wash our hands and use hand sanitizer regularly, sanitize sanitizable toys when needed, cover our mouths when we cough or sneeze, stay up-to-date on vaccinations and flu shots, and stay home when we are contagiously sick : )

  83. I subscribed to your email list and also voted for you, good luck!! The steps we take to get healthy are….1-always washing our hands before we touch food, etc. 2. we recently invested in a air purifier, the hospital grade one. It has made a HUGE difference in the air! I recommend you and your family get one even if its a small one. 3. we stay up to date on illnesses going around to make sure we take extra measure to not get sick.
