The $1.39 price is not a sale price. It is the normal price of the product (in some areas). You can tell by the way the tag looks in the picture. It isn't a sale price tag, rather it is just the normal shelf tag. Prices will always vary by location.

These items are not on sale at either Rite Aid or Walgreens in the Denver, CO area right now. The sale must be regional, based on the other two comments above mine.
