FREE Shipping Day 2011 Shopping Tips and Tricks!

Tomorrow, December 16th is Free Shipping Day 2011! Over 2,000 online retailers will be offering some sort of FREE shipping deal this year. Here are some tips to make those deals even better:

1. Shop through Ebates to earn cashback on your purchases.

This one should be a no-brainer. It is FREE money with very little effort. Ebates will give you a % cashback at most retailers. Just log-in or sign-up  and search for the store that you want to shop at. Once you pull the store up, just use their link to get to the store’s website. You will then see your cashback credited to your Ebates account a few days after your purchase. Once your Ebates balance reaches $5.01 they will send you a check in the mail! If you are brand new to Ebates they will even give you a $5 credit to help you get started. Keep in mind that this $5 bonus does not count towards the $5.01.

2. Use other coupon codes

As I’ve told you all many times, there is rarely an online retailer that doesn’t have at least one coupon code available. I, of course, will give you the best coupon codes on the deals that you find here, but if you are searching for other deals I suggest using the Online Coupons  Tab on Bargain Blessings to find those valuable coupon codes.

3. Know your price point

Not everything you see online today will be a good deal. Make sure to stick to your shopping list and to know the price point of the item you are looking for. I often will check my price point in comparison with Amazon’s deals.

4. Keep an eye out for Free shipping on ALL purchases deals.

The best kind of free shipping deals that we will see tomorrow are from those retailers that are providing free shipping on all orders, regardless of the size. These types of offers can really be valuable when your shopping for clearance or low price point products.
