My name is Lorraine Brown and I facilitate a support group every week for women with disabilities at Maricopa Integrated Health System. I am looking for donation to provide to the women after they have completed a task.
This task will be assigned to women twice a week, and will give them the skills to become better advocates for themselves as well as other women.
This concept comes from games individuals play on devices but instead they will do these task with other tools. The program meets every Thursday morning.
Concept: Building Your Toolbox
The assignments will be something different every time that they must complete, explain their method of how they accomplish the task to receive a smiley face. Each level will increase in increments of ten. They will receive a prize for each level they complete.
These donation will help with them receiving the prizes. The skills they will be building on is self-esteem, planting, growing, teaching, speaking and sharing.
These are the items we are looking for donations.
