Hello, My name is Megan Darby. I had clicked to see if I could fill out a form to recieve the offer for the puppy pads but when I did it came up as page not found. I was very interested in your ad. My puppies, Bella; who is a 7 month old Pitbull/Chihuahua mix, and Saint; a 1 year old JackRussel/Daschund mix, have recently went through a tragic accident. Due to this they had to have an emergency surgery. It was a matter of life or death. Anyways I was hoping to be able to recieve these pads to try them out because my dogs are inside dogs and pads are getting expensive and if you alls work well I will start getting them.
