I absolutely love the holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years…you name it, I enjoy them all. However, I know that I can’t be alone in admitting that this time of year does add some extra stress to the already jammed packed chaos filled lives that so many of us lead.
In addition to work and kids activities, there is also likely group parties, school pageants, church programs, and so much more! I don’t know about you, but I could sure use some help with keeping all these plates spinning at once. 😉
That’s where Living Tree comes in. It’s a fantastic multi-faceted organizational tool which we can use to connect all the important people in our lives with the activities and schedules that we need them to know about. Living Tree is available on both apple and android smart phones and tablets as well as online, making it perfect for whichever platform you and your loved ones prefer.
These are just a few of the features that are offered:
- Safety!: Keep your kids safe, with privacy controls. You control who sees the content on your calendar, posts, etc.
- Plan: Schedule out all the games (and practices), club meetings, parties, homework assignments (and tutoring sessions), PTA meetings, and beyond!
- Share: Let team families share those great team shots. Highlight the birthday-party pictures or shots from Christmas morning–for Grandma, who lives in Florida. Or, post the pictures from the work party. Only the designated group recipients will see your posts or photos.
- Support: We all should do a better job of asking for help! LivingTree makes it easy for you to set up a snack schedule for after-school activities, to ask your friends to bring a dish for your potluck, or just to give you a well-deserved “night-out” by taking care of the kids for a few hours
Getting started is as easy as 1-2-3!
STEP 1 – Go here to sign up for Living Tree with basic info required.
STEP 2 – Connect with family, friends, team families, teachers, and more! (Easy-to-use invites + clear-cut categories + role functions)
STEP 3 – Schedule & Share (Calendar + messages + memory-mix photo share)
I have to admit that I just about busted out in a happy dance when I discovered this app, and honestly I think I did do a little jig when I found it was FREE! I haven’t even had an opportunity to fully explore all that it has to offer yet, but I have no doubt that there will be more dancing involved. 😉
