FREE Family Activities for the Month of October!

Living frugally does not mean that you have to sit in the house feeling bored all the time! There are plenty of FREE events all across the country to take part in during the month of October!

:: Disney Stores Halloween Dress Rehearsal Event

Friday, October 18th from 5 pm – 6:30 pm ~and~ Saturday, October 19th from 11 am -12:30 pm

Come dressed in your favorite Disney character costume for games and a fun costume parade! All Princesses, Heroes, and Characters are welcome. *Minimum age for participation is 3 years. While supplies last. Event limited per session based on store capacity.

Saturday, October 19th – every half hour between 10 am and 11:30 or 12 noon

Duck Tape Costume (Powered by Duck Tape®) – be a crafty superhero for Halloween. And for just $3 more, you can purchase a t-shirt and create a complete costume.

:: Bank of America: Free Museum Weekends

Saturday, November 2nd & Sunday, November 3rd

Bank of America’s Museums on Us is offering free admission to more than 150 museums nationwide. Simply present your Bank of America or Merrill Lynch credit or debit card along with a photo ID to gain free general admission to any participating institution.
