Free Comic Book Day 2013: Find a Participating Store in Your Area!

I learned something new today…there is such a thing as Free Comic Book Day and it’s tomorrow, May 4th! Apparently this is an event that happens every year on the first Saturday of May and participating comic stores give away FREE comic books. How fun!

To participate all you need to do is find a participating store in your area and show up. You’ll then be able to pick out one free comic book (sometimes more) and some stores also have some additional fun activities like characters dressed up in costumes.

There is a list of comic books that will be given away this year but just keep in mind that depending on how busy your local store is the popular ones might go rather quickly.
