Brandy- the site shoul tell you that there are 3 steps and #1 is to signup and then it should prompt you to enter you info!!! Hope this helps!!! I ordered mine though I don’t have any kids so I just made up a name!!!! It worked!!! Hope to get it in the 4-5 weeks like it says!!!
