Colossians 2:14 (NLT)
He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross.
God has taken not 50%, not 75%, not 90%, but 100% of every sin we’ve ever committed and nailed it all to the cross. Why then is it sometime so difficult for us to leave it there on the cross? Why do we often insist on bringing it back down and carrying it around with us?
This weekend we will celebrate the gift new life through Christ. Will you join me in recommitting to that new life that he suffered so much for by allowing his blood to cover your mistakes once and for all?
Thank you Jesus for the precious gift of new life.
