My Beautiful Child…your time here on Earth is so limited when compared to the time we will spend together eternally. How will you use your time here?
Do you strive to be gentle and kind regardless of the chaos around you?
Do you add joy to others lives?
Do you use your words to bring a smile those you encounter?
You will go through trials in this life that will not be easy and I know that getting through the day sometimes is a challenge, but be aware that I have a very specific purpose for you this very day. Look beyond the fog of circumstance and seize the opportunity to give the gift of joy to another. You may be surprised by how shining your light into another’s life will cause the fog in your own to fade.
Matthew 25:35-40
For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home.I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.’
“Then these righteous ones will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you something to drink? Or a stranger and show you hospitality? Or naked and give you clothing? When did we ever see you sick or in prison and visit you?’
“And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’

Isn’t it so easy to be lost in our own cloud of life’s circumstances that we fail to look for an opportunity to be a light to others who are going through far worse things? I don’t think we can ever get a handle on how incredibly full His blessings are to us!! Thanks for the reminder to be a light….I will do just that!!
