Every year I look forward to getting a new Erin Condren planner. This year will be my fourth one and I just love using it to plan out and organize my days, weeks and months. The above picture is from my regular end of year planning session where I fill in my calendar, birthdays, apply stickers to decorate my planner etc. 🙂
