  7. Person I admire is my brothers adopted mom. She is a huge help to me and came to stay for 3 week when I just had the twins. Having some one I trust watching my 2 year old while I was going back and forth to the NICU was amazing.

  24. I love that my mom is such a strong, gentle woman. She gives with a grateful heart, says “yes” to everyone, and helps watch my two boys once a week. She never complains and is very humble. She loves Jesus and tried to raise me and my siblings to the best of her ability. She is the best mom in the world!

  32. I love that my mother is very generous, thrifty without being cheap, and will always take the time to make an event special. She has been a great mom, supporting me even when I have made some unconventional choices. Most of all, I love that she taught me about Jesus and what it means to know Him personally!   42. Hey Jenny, when I think of my mom, a smile comes to my face. My mom has always quietly gone about “business” in live. She’s not a huge talker, like the rest of our family, but she wouldn’t miss being with family for anything. Memories of holidays growing up were always filled with loving family and food. Intentional trips were taken out of state to be with family. She was at every event. Family vacations were taken. She showed love by what she did. Our family still gets comments about how we all still get together, because, apparently there were famlies who don’t have memories involving love an laughter. To this day, I smile when I think about her, she still calls and skypes and loves her family!

  88. My mom is in heaven now but when I was a teenager she used to read books out loud to my siblings and I. That has made for a lot of good memories for us.

  93. I love that my mom has come out and spent weeks at a time helping after the birth of each of my babies- after baby #3 in February she came for three weeks. It was so helpful and great to have her help with the toddlers and meal prep and household chores that had fallen behind!
