Many of you know how much I love Denver Fitness Bootcamp by now. If you have not read about my experience yet, you can head on over here to do so. I still look forward to going to bootcamp every morning and will never to back to a traditional gym. Devin and his team are incredible!

Each bootcamp session is 45 minutes long. Here are all the other details:

AM Boot Camp: Monday – Friday at 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am and Saturday at 8am.

Lunch Boot Camp: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 12:10 – 12:50pm.
