For the past four months, I’ve been sharing with you my journey to get in shape with Denver Fitness Boot Camp. I have two months left and I’m so close to my weight loss goal that I can taste it. So far I’m down 14lbs and feeling fantastic. I’m so grateful that I finally found a fitness program that not only works, but works with my lifestyle!

It’s only $49 to participate and trust me, it will be the best $49 you’ve ever spent on getting into shape. Here are all the details from Devin:
I’m not sure if you’ve realized this, but it’s almost pool season and a lot of my clients have been asking about a ‘quick’ get the body going again fitness and look amazing in a swimsuit diet plan.
I’ve perfected my 14 Day Fat Cleanse and the results have been pretty crazy! Average weight loss 11.3 pounds, 5.3 inches off of the waist, and 78.9% of the weight loss has been unwanted Body Fat. This is a killer program and it’s the same one that helped a pair of my clients who just got married to drop a total of 32 pouds – 17 pounds off of the bride and 15 pounds off of the groom!

AM Boot Camp: Monday – Friday @ 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am and Saturday @ 8am.
Lunch Boot Camp: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 12:10 – 12:50pm.
PM Small Group Boot Camp: Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 5 – 5:30pm,
5:35 – 6:05pm, 6:10 – 6:40pm and 6:45 – 7:15pm.

Is it okay to do if one he’s not exercised in six years? meaning: can I do exercises at my very low level or is it only suitable for someone who is already doing some exercising?
I started exercising in early Feb, but way overdid it on April 1st and have not done anything since then to heal. Need to listen to my body when I start again. But this seems fun and a great workout.

It’s pretty intense, but that’s not to say that you can’t take a break between exercises and use lighter or no weights at all. The trainers are REALLY great with everyone that is brand new and helping them adjust exercises as needed. I was pretty out of shape when I started too. 🙂 You could always e-mail Devin and ask if you could try it out one time to make sure that it is a fit for you – he usually has no problem with that I believe.
There are people there of all ages, sizes and shapes – no one is out of place at all. I would guess that maybe the oldest person I’ve seen there was close to 70 and the youngest was a teenager, so yeah – all different ages. 🙂

I sure wish I lived in Denver because I would definitely do this. I have been trying to kick start myself, without much success yet. Hope those that get to participate find a lot of success!

You’re welcome to attend as many workouts as you want – you’ll just want to make sure to be there at least 3 to 5 times in a week. 🙂

Yanno, I sit at my desk every day and watch people go running by my window. Just a blur of fit people running by.
So when I looked at the addresses, I had to grin. You’re one of those blurry runners that flies by my window 🙂
Always wondered what kind of training was going on in that building, now I know.

I joined this after I saw your post a month earlier and I LOVE it so far. Getting your workout out of the way first thing in the morning is a great feeling. I have been going to the 6AM sessions and I have been told that you go to the 7:00 AM session 🙂
