If you’re like me and love caramel apples, you simply must try my Caramel Apple Dip recipe! It tastes like eating a caramel apple minus the sticky mess. Does that bring you back to your childhood or what?!
Contrary to what its name may make you think, the dip does not actually contain caramel. Instead, the ingredients blend to create something that tastes just like it. Although any apples will do, serving this with crisp and tart Granny Smith apples will truly give you that caramel apple experience in every bite.

Caramel Apple Dip
Ingredients
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1⁄2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Apple slices
Directions
Allow plenty of time for the cream cheese to soften to room temperature so it is easy to mix and more creamy. When it is soft, mix it together with the brown sugar and vanilla extract until well blended. Be sure it is nice and creamy. Chill and serve with apple slices.
