Yikes – I’m sorry you had a bad experience! My delivery was not particularly speedy but they hadn’t promised any particular date so I didn’t have any expectations. It was about 2 weeks from the date I placed the order until I received the canvases. I wasn’t expecting much since it was so inexpensive but the quality was fantastic.
