You must have a database of price data so that you know when a coupon deal is an “A” vs. a “B” or lower. I think that would be a valuable resource, and would love to see it if it is in a readable form. That would be a great start for a shopping diary/price notebook.
Now it is simple to notice when you can get an item for free (or even a money maker), and that has to be an “A” rating, but there has to be more to it than that.
How do you decide between different ratings? You must have some sort of list of the expected prices for various items.
