I don’t know about these bags specifically, but I ordered from Artscow last year and my photo puzzle took 3 months to get to me. I had given up on getting it all together. Certainly didn’t make it in time for Christmas and I had ordered in October. Also their customer service is not very helpful. All they could say is they have no control over how long it takes things to get through customs. So just be warned!
