I know Dysons are very pricey but seem to have a great reputation. So I have been watching the Black Friday ads for some great deals and there are some but when Jennie and I were talking about it last night she came across this deal (which is way better than the Black Friday deals and I don’t even need to leave home). I just acted like a crazy animal person talking through my doggy. “Hi, I am Tacoma, do you want to be my new friend on Dogster.com” (you will see what I mean).
So, here is the deal you sign up (see below) and then you get a code for 45% off from Dyson.com. This code works for either:
DC25 Animal
Dyson Dogster rate: $302.49
Retail: $549.99
Dyson DC25 Animal is a Dyson Ballâ„¢ upright for pet hair pick-up. Rides on a ball for greater maneuverability.
DC28 Animal
Dyson Dogster rate: $329.99
Retail: $599.99
Dyson DC28 Animal is an upright with Airmuscleâ„¢ technology for removing pet hair.
DC31 Animal
Dyson Dogster rate: $148.49
Retail: $269.99
DC31 Animal is a handheld vacuum with a motorized brushbar. Ideal for quick pick-ups and pesky pet hair. Powered by the new Dyson digital motor.
Well, if you are interested here is what you do.
1) Create an account on Dogster.com
2) Create your dog profile
3) Upload their photo (or a picture of a dog from google) (make sure it loads and you can see it otherwise it will not work)
4) Log out then click Here to become a member of Dyson Dogster group
5) Log back in that link and it will have a couple boxes to fill out. Make sure the last one says to send by “email” instead of private message.
6) You should get your code within a couple minutes in you inbox
*I did have to try this a couple times. I don’t know what I did wrong the first time but finally got it!
You have until December 1 to sign up and until December 31 to use your code. Now which one shall I get? Please leave a comment for me if you have any suggestions. Thanks!
(Thanks Slickdeals)

Thanks! I really appreciate your input. I am leaning more toward the DC28 but the weight was one of my concerns. We are going to go try them both out tonight. Thanks again:)

The Dyson balls are not as nice to use on large areas as it is hard to keep a straight line going. I love my DC28. Best vac I have ever had. This is about the best price I have ever seen also. I got mine for the same after a $50.00 Target gift card a while back. Had not one problem with it other than it is heavier than those cheap models to carry up and down stairs.
