Well, yesterday was the last day of our little 30 Day Shred Adventure! Congratulations to those of you who made it all the way through!
I have to admit that I didn’t make it through all 30 days with the video, but I did commit to being active in other ways as often as possible and I can say that was a success. I also feel like I’ve made progress with my eating habbits which is a huge accomplishment for me.
I’d love to hear how you finished the 30 days out! Did you make it?

Hi JoAnn, the 6 week 6 pack DVD is fantastic. I love it, though I confess no 6-pack yet. I alternate that DVD with the 30 day shred. You should try it; Amazon had great deals on it last month. Good luck! 🙂

Today was my first day back in a couple weeks after recovering from strep and then a head cold which moved into my chest. 🙁
