Alright everyone! This is when it get’s hard. I’m told that this is the week when most people quite on their resolutions, so I just wanted to encourage you all to not quite and keep going!!!
It is now day 19 of the 30 Day Shred! Can you believe that we have made it this far? I’m happy to report that I’ve been doing much better with eating a healthy diet this past week. Now I just need to focus on drinking more water.
Just a few more days of shreding to go and then I’ll be on to Jillian’s 6 Week Six-Pack program!
How are you all doing? Still going strong? Taking a break?

Have enjoyed this so much! I would have never bought the video and took the challenge without your inspiration, so thank you! I feel so much stronger and have such better endurance! I’m still going strong- haven’t missed a day- but have started plotting out my next step after the month is over.
I will definitely want to mix it up more since I’m starting to get bored a bit. It hasn’t been too bad though since I alternate what level workout I do each day. I’m looking into incorporating Zumba and different 10-minute solution workout DVDs. I need to keep on going; what a difference it makes when I exercise every morning!
My goal in February is to add the diet part; we’ll see how it goes! I’ve never been great with working out ‘hard’ and dieting at the same time. I know it’s only 20 minutes but it’s pretty intense especially since I haven’t worked out with weights in years!.

I am still trying to Shred….. but my foot hurt again the past few days so I decided not to Shred. However, I have not given up! And my diet is the best it’s been in over a year! Thanks for the update!

Good for you Jennie!! I have to admit I got bored with this program and went back to 10 minute trainer for the time being. I always loved The Firm programs, but they take too long now that I have kids. Would love to find a short workout as fun and dificult as those were.
