It is now day 13 of the 30 Day Shred and I can say that I’m lovin’ it! I think the thing that I love most is that it only takes 20 minutes, so there is rarely a good excusse for not doing it. 😉
Yesterday I ordered Jillian’s 6 Week Six-Pack. Like I said before, I highly doubt that I’ll ever have a six-pack, but just a stronger core in general would be awesome!

I love the 6 week 6 pack!! I am still on the first level of that one (it’s amazing), but me and my two work friends have been alternating between the 6 week 6 pack each day to keep things interesting. We work out on our lunch break and we love how we can fit in a 20 or 30 minute work out without our little people. 🙂

I am on day three. My husband agreed to do it with me, and we started on the 11th. It feels good to accomplish something, but the diet is not going great and I’m still doing girl pushups and have to take mini 3 sec breaks here and there. But I have been doing some other sort of activity (walking, snow shoveling etc) everyday in addition.

Looks like the 6 Week dvd is the same set up as Shred with 3-20 minute workouts?

I am doing well. I average 4 days a week of shreding. It’s working for me. Even though I felt like I wasn’t doing level 1 at 100%, I went ahead and tried level 2 yesterday and level 3 today to change it up a little. Man, my arms are SORE! But, it feels great to sweat a little. My diet is going well and I’m feeling great!
*I do not measure my success by my weight loss/inches but rather by how I feel everyday 🙂
