Wow! I cannot believe we are done with week 1 already. It went by so quickly! How are you all doing? Seeing any changes yet?
I for one can definitely notice an increase in endurance. I don’t feel like I’ve lost much weight, but I have honestly not been eating as well as I should be. It is just so difficult to kick that sweet tooth…can any of you relate? 😉
I did the level three workout again today. While my energy level wasn’t quite where it was yesterday, I made it through most of it. I am noticing that push-ups are getting a little easier…so that is a great accomplishment!

I saw your post about starting this and wasn’t sure if I would want to do it, but I found level one on demand for free. I’m on day 5. I ordered the DVD on sale from Amazon after 2 days of On demand and just received it (I also got Banish Fat, Boost metabolism). I’m not as concerned with losing a lot of weight but really need to get in shape and raise my cardio strength. I haven’t worked out much since my son was born (a year ago!). Some things on level 1 are easier for me than others, but I’m going to stick with 10 days of level one I think. 🙂 Glad you are challenging others to be active, because it makes me feel great getting this work out in (hopefully every day for 30 days).

Day 3 was great. I also like doing the different levels for variety.

I started today. If you work out with a three year old, you get twice the work out. Especially if your child is like mine and thinks it’s fun to treat mommy like a jungle gym when she’s trying to exercise!
Anyway, I’m doing this to build strength and tone up. I don’t really want to lose any pounds.
Push ups are hard. I usually skip those on other work out DVDs because I don’t like them, but I’m actually going to try to do this time!

How funny, I have doing a different work out now for a while and if my kids are up when I am doing it they totally think that I am a jungle gym. It is quite challenging being in plank and having them jump on your back;)

It’s going strong. Still on level one because I haven’t bought the DVD. I’ve been doing the On-Demand one. I feel good. I’m having a hard time with the push ups though. I keep hoping they will get easier, but they aren’t yet. My neighbor and I are getting up and doing it together at 6 am before the kids get up and before the hubbies go off to work. Just to get it out of the way.

I’ve only done it twice (2 days this week, I was cleaning other people’s homes so I figure I got my workout there). Last night me and my husband did some Wii activities. I am so sore from doing push-ups and I have to do them leaning against a counter, cuz I can’t even do the girly pushups. When working toward my black belt in TaeKwonDo/Hapkido, my instructor taught me that trick to get to the point I could eventually do girly, then regular push-ups, but it’s been over a year and I can’t do anything but the inclined ones again. Oh well, I’m sore and it’s only been two times this week!

Hey ladies…It’s nice to see that someone else is doing this shred too! I just started it yesterday. I am a bit sore too! I’m on level one even though I do spinning. It’s a totally different workout and I’m glad I started with level 1! I’m hopeful of a weight loss at the end of my 30 days!

I am still on level 1 and will be for awhile. I’m just not where I want to be with it yet in order to move up. But, I am gaining in endurance and my hamstrings really hurt today so I must’ve done something right 🙂
I feel my pants getting a little looser which is AWESOME and I feel more mentally balanced during the days which is also great!

I’m down 3.6 pounds this week. I have been doing weight watchers along with the shred. Time to go shred for today!
