So….I was feeling rather ambitious today and decided to step it right up to level 3. 🙂 I was actually surprised at how well I did. While I wasn’t able to do all the advanced option moves, I did do most of them!
By the time I finished I was drenched in swet. In my opinion, that is pretty amazing because 1. I don’t typically swet that much and 2. it is only a 20 minuteworkout. I’m sure it has some to do with my increased water intake, but regardless…I’m impressed.

I actually read something this summer that said you start sweating more as your body adapts to doing the exercise – it’s a good sign!

Level 3?! You are brave!! I started a couple of days early and did Level 1 for a week. This was my second day at Level 2 and I am really feeling it!! I am sore everywhere, but I am motivated to get back in shape. I am trying to “shred” my weight from having baby #3 in November! Thanks for the blog, it’s good to know someone is doing this with me!

Okay, I think I’m finally well enough that I’m going to join you all tomorrow. Only a week behind!! Ack! I’m a little nervous. Can’t believe you’re at level 3 already.
