Okay, apparently reading the fine print of the restaurants is important. All the restaurants you can use the gift certificates for require more money on a purchase than the gift card is worth. So if you want to use a $25 gift card, you must spend at least $35 at that restaurant. There are other stipulations, like dine in only, you can only use one certificate per restaurant per month.
Still a heck of a deal, but I wanted to share my findings – expect to spend at least $10 of your own (non gift certificate money) each time you wish to use a gift card at any of these restaurants.

Anybody with experience with Restaurant.com – if it says “one certificate per person, per month” can you use 2 certificates in one meal for two people?

Brandi~ In my experience they are always limited to one per table. 🙂
